2. Low suction at brush end? It is NORMAL, as our suction is to pull the pet hairs from brush comb teeth only, not directly from pet body which is harmful.

3. [How to repair a loose or broken off cuff]:If hose cuff is off, add a little bit PVC cement (like PVC purple primer + PVC Pipe Cement). Use left hand thumb to slide into the loose cuff to hold the middle ring. Use right hand to rotate the elastic hose in. Rotate it counter clockwise, until the hose reaches the end. Pull the hose to check

We have checked and found fit for brands: for Miele* (C1 fit hose and wand, C2 fit hose handle, C3 fit wand), for Shop-Vac* (fits hose sizes models at 1.25”, 1.5”, but not 2.5” ones), for Kirby* (use suction control grip to connect).
